Almost is never enough

Almost Is Never Enough

Hello! Another song review plus outfit post for today. Almost Is Never Enough by Ariana Grande is my new favorite. The song makes a sweet yet strong first impression, with lovely beat creating a romantic, reminiscent soundscape behind Ariana's vocals. Listening to her single on repeat? The pop princess has another glorious anthem to feast my ears on. The song is a soulful duet with The Wanted's Nathan Sykes. "Almost, almost is never enough, so close of being in love.." it made me sing again while writing. Okay! Nakakarelate ako sa kanta. hahaha

Leather jackets and shorts go together! You can't go wrong with a sleek leather jacket. I am constantly on the hunt for new pieces to match up on some of my old clothes in my closet. Thanks to my workmate, Lauren for this jacket. I used smoky gray top from Mango with sheer sleeves, a new standard for neutrals this season. Also, adding a sophisticated touch to any ensemble.

Cotton On

Unconditionally

Have you heard Katy Perry's new single, Unconditionally? This is one of my favorite songs of Katy from her new album Prism. It's a really beautiful song, and one of the standouts like Roar and Walking on Air on her album. "Unconditional, unconditionally! I will love you unconditionally." My title made me sing while writing this post. Also, one question bugged me again, and that's what i'm going to share with you...

I honestly don't know why some people have the capacity to love unconditionally and others DO NOT. Since then, I have given a lot of thought to the meaning of love versus how the word is thrown around all too easily. From my experience, I came to learn what true love means. The test of unconditional love is this: would you still love the person even they did something awful? Would you still care about them and want the best for them? If your answer is YES like me, you love unconditionally. Simple as that.

Okay! I'll stop the drama and time to share my outfit last November 1st. I know, this is a very late post but better late than never right? Here's what I wore in Libingan ng mga Bayani with my family to visit my Lolo. You may have noticed this, I love neutrals! I feel very comfortable wearing clothes in the same color like gray and black. The only problem is that it can be sometimes very plain and boring, so I decided to add prints, like animal prints in my bag and shoes.

Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 Day 5

Finally, this is my last post for Philippine Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2014. The last day was remarkable and still fun as a PR intern. I really hope to get another slot as intern next season, looking forward to work with the Buensolido girls again. From day 1 to day 5- it's been a blast.

Here's my outfit on my Day 5. Since it's cold inside the hall, I decided to wear my new sweater from Local Celebrity-part of the Supersale Bazaar. I love that store which is selling cute and cool sweaters. Matching with my sweater is my favorite Freya booties from Golddot with Nava baseball cap and Gold H&M necklace. Androgyny??
