Aquaria Beach Resort x Tagaytay hits

PHOTODIARY-Summer for me is the best season of the year! Not just because it's vacation month but because it's the perfect time to have fun and to have a memorable experience with family and friends under the sun. Maybe you've been thinking of a quick getaway or maybe to where you should spend one of your barkada trips this summer. Well, you might consider going to Aquaria Beach Resort in Calatagan, Batangas which is just about 2-3 hours ride away from Metro Manila.

Aquaria is the premier leisure and entertainment destination of the Playa Calatagan leisure tourism estate and managed by Fuego Hotels & properties and developed by Landco Corporation. The new world-class beach resort in Batangas is designed to provide Nautilus condominium residents and guests and enjoyable, one of a kind and memorable resort experience.

When we arrived at Aquaria, we were welcomed by their staff and provide us the rates (entrance fee, cabana, tables and chairs) Php 560 only each! The tour started from the resort's lobby, where we were oriented about the rules, and regulations, and amenities that Aquaria is offering.

It was a beautiful Saturday-May 16 morning when we headed to Aquaria. My highschool friends and I arrived in the resort 9 AM. We went straight to our tables located just in  front of the beach. It was great sight and already excited to start my day in the beach.

The water in the pools are so clear and clean unlike other waterparks near Metro. Kids can enjoy the 3 feet pool located near the entrance and the bath area.

As of the moment, Aquaria Beach Resort is not offering overnight accomodations. So it is really good for those who want a day tour and want to feel the breeze of the beach of Aquaria.

There are two pools available at the resort. Be reminded that the resort is strict with the swim wear when using pools. Swimsuits, swimming trunks, board shorts, and Rashguards are only allowed.

The Adult pool where you can experience the slide with about 40 feet high. Never miss the chance of trying this. Sobrang saya! I have videos with my friends but I can't post it here. We did about 8 times. HAHA. It was really fun!

The Sands restaurant located at the front of the beach where you can enjoy great selection of local food and fresh seafood dishes. The Sands offers ala-carte or buffet style for small and bigger groups. Budget per head is 200 to 300 pesos only. If you decided to bring food instead, you may do so with a corkage fee of Php 100/ adult.

Finally.. Beach. After we enjoyed the pools, we headed to the beach. All my stress suddenly wiped out. Aquaria Beach Resort also offers different water sports like Jetski, Banana boat, and Kayak.

Finally able to wear my first terno outfit from Folded and Hung. As I said before, I really love florals. I love the tropical/ summery prints of the shirt and short.

Waterslide!

After our Aquaria experience, we went straight to Green Ats, Tagayaty to taste their special bulalo. Reminiscing HS moments. HAHA.

Since Paul requested for us to over night stay, we chose Sunburst Lodge among other cheap hotels in Tagaytay. It was nice and cheap. haha

The next day, we went straight to Skyranch and had lunch at Leslies. My treat. haha (1k only!)

Truly, I had a great experience at Aquaria Beach Resort plus Tagaytay stay with my HS friends. This is the best getaway destination for family and friends, who want to escape from the busy metro. Looking forward to go back with someone. HAHA.
