Bukchon Hanok Village is one of the most popular tourist
spots in Seoul, and exploring the small alley with traditional houses while
wearing traditional Korean dress or Hanbok is another bucket list checked. There’s
no better way to explore South Korea than going to the old town while wearing
the traditional outfit, it’s more memorable way to travel and it gives a fuller
experience. Check out our Day 5 photos in Insadong and Bukchon.
We went to Insadong on a Saturday morning to buy pasalubong.
What I'm wearing: Purple jacket from Surplus, H&M pants, Zara Boots, Fino bag, Scarf from Surplus, and Bonnet from Surplus.
After lunch we went straight to Bukchon Hanok Village to try Hanbok and see beautiful traditional houses.
You
can find tons of hanbok rental shops in Bukchon area as well as Insadong area. For
the duration of rental, there are options; 1 hr, 2 hrs, or all-day pass. We
rented the premium hanbok for an hour and paid KRW 10,000 plus my head piece
for KRW 2,000, total of K/ RW 12, 000. My bestfriend paid for KRW 15,000 for
her overall look. What do you guys think? haha
So that's all. Thank you for viewing!
